Return & Replacement Policy

Effective July 2025
Issued by Patrios, LLC

At Patrios, LLC, we create products that reflect our values — legacy, order, and responsibility. Each item is made with care and conviction. Due to the nature of our brand and our commitment to intentional production, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases made through longlivethepatriarchy.com are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of preference or opinion

  • Misinterpretation of product details

We strongly encourage customers to consult our sizing charts and product descriptions prior to purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, you may request a replacement within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To initiate a replacement request:

  1. Complete the Contact Form on our website.

  2. Include your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Upload clear photographs of the product showing the damage or defect.

Once your request is received and reviewed, our team will determine if the claim meets eligibility for a one-time replacement. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped to the original delivery address at no additional cost.

Important Disclaimers

  • Patrios, LLC reserves the right to deny any replacement request that does not meet the above criteria or appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or outside the 30-day claim window.

  • Replacements are issued only for damaged or defective items. We do not issue refunds.

  • This policy applies to purchases made through our official store at longlivethepatriarchy.com.

  • All communications regarding orders must be initiated through our official Contact Form. Direct emails or social media messages will not be processed as formal claims.
